I will guide you on a somatic & energetic journey into yourself to release & break free from limiting emotions of shame, guilt and fear.
Without the blockages and weight of what doesn’t serve us we not only get to experience our true heART's expression but we also lower the risk of disease (dis-ease) as we open our energy pathways and allow our life force energy to flow throughout the body.
With our 20 to 30 minute discovery call we can determine if we are a good fit for each other, how long of a coaching program and a quote for the financial contribution associated.

Yes in the discovery call you can choose whether to embark on a 4, 6, 8, or 12 week journey...or more! The cost will adequately reflect the length of time commitment.
